Woodlock Manor is the first phase of a multifamily development for low income seniors (55+). It consists of one, four-story residential building with 80 units. 45% of the units are set aside for seniors making 70% Area Median Income (AMI), 40% of the units are set aside for seniors making 60% AMI, and 15% are set aside for seniors earning at or below 30% of AMI.
The development will feature “green” design concepts, Energy Star rated appliances, ceiling fans and lighting fixtures, and units with washer/dryer hookups. The community features recreational spaces on each floor, including a fitness facility, game room, library, work study room, and a pool. Additionally, Woodlock Manor's walking paths will allow residents to enjoy the 2.5 acres of untouched wetlands.
