This community provides 96 affordable housing units for seniors of 55 years of age and older. Of the entire 120 units, 100% are set aside for households making incomes of 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Additionally, 10% of the units will be for households making 40% of AMI.
This development features “green” design concepts, Energy Star rated appliances, ceiling fans and lighting fixtures, an on-site laundry facility, a clubhouse and a business office. Resident programs will be provided at no cost to residents to include literacy training, computer training, and assistance with light housekeeping, grocery shopping and/or laundry, plus 24-hour support to assist residents in handling urgent issues.
