Los Altos is an affordable multifamily community that has set aside 100% of its units for households making incomes of 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Additionally, 10% of the units will be for families making 40% of AMI.
The “Green Certified” development features “green” design concepts, Energy Star rated appliances, ceiling fans and lighting fixtures, an on-site laundry facility, a clubhouse and a business office. Resident programs will be provided at no cost to residents to include literacy training, computer training, and assistance with light housekeeping, grocery shopping and/or laundry, and 24-hour support to assist residents in handling urgent issues.
