Banyan Hammock Apartments will be a multifamily development for families in Gainesville, FL. 100% of the units are affordable housing with the large majority set aside for households making 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

For the convenience of its residents, the community is walking distance to the University of Florida, major grocery stores, like Publix, and main bus routes. It has received a Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) Gold rating and will feature PV Solar Panels, Energy Star rated appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer hook-ups and 9 foot ceilings. A clubhouse, workout room and computer room are all included amenities to the residents of Royal Park. Additionally, resident programs are provided at no cost to include literacy training, computer training, assistance with light housekeeping, grocery shopping and/or laundry, and 24-hour support to assist residents in handling urgent issues.

Royal Park offers one, two, and three bedroom units, and will finish construction in late 2023.
