About the Project: This new community provides affordable housing for seniors of 55 years of age and older. 100% are set aside for households making incomes of 60% Area Median Income (AMI). Additionally, 10% of the units will be for households making 45% of AMI.
The “Green Certified” development features “green” design concepts, Energy Star rated appliances, ceiling fans and lighting fixtures, an on-site laundry facility, a club house and a business office. Resident programs are provided at no cost to residents to include literacy training, computer training, assistance with light housekeeping, grocery shopping and/or laundry, and 24-hour support to assist residents in handling urgent issues.
