About the Project: This new community provides affordable housing for families in the Kissimmee area. 45% are set aside for households making incomes of 70% Area Median Income (AMI). Additionally, 40% of the units will be for households making 60% of AMI and 15% of the units will be for households making 30% of AMI.
The “Green Certified” development features “green” design concepts, Energy Star rated appliances, ceiling fans and lighting fixtures, washer/dryer hookup, a club house with pool and fitness center, and a business office.
