Providence Reserve will be a newly constructed, multifamily development for seniors aged 55 years and older. Its completion date is estimated to be December of 2020. 100% of the units will be set aside for households making 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) with 10% set aside for those earning at or below 35% AMI and an additional 3 units reserved for households making 22% of AMI.

For the convenience of its residents, the community is in close proximity to public transportation, schools, medical facilities, shopping, restaurants and more. It features Energy Star rated appliances, ceiling fans and lighting fixtures, an on-site laundry facility, a club house. Resident programs will be provided at no cost to residents to include literacy training, computer training, assistance with light housekeeping, grocery shopping and/or laundry, and 24-hour support to assist residents in handling urgent issues.
