Property Management Post Development
Hibiscus is the first of a two phased multifamily development for low income families. It consists of four residential buildings with 96 units. 100% of the units are set aside for families making 60% Area Median Income (AMI) with 12% set aside for those earning at or below 40% of AMI.
The development will feature “green” design concepts, Energy Star rated appliances, ceiling fans and lighting fixtures, an on-site laundry facility, a club house and a business office. For the convenience of its residents, the community is in close proximity to public transportation, schools, medical facilities, shopping, restaurants and more.
